The Role

Humly is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Health & Social Care Lecturer to join our dynamic teaching team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about shaping the next generation of health and social care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care courses (Levels 1–3).
  • Plan, prepare and assess student work to ensure excellent progression and outcomes.
  • Support learners with diverse needs and promote an inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with college policies.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLLS or a degree in Health and Social).
  • Has a relevant Health & Social Care qualification and industry experience.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
  • Is committed to student success and continuous professional development.
  • Can start immediately, ideally from Mon 9th Feb.
