The RoleAs a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be a vital part of the EYFS team, with a specific focus on leading and supporting outdoor learning and Forest School activities. You will use your expertise to create a safe, stimulating environment where children can build resilience and develop a deep connection with the world around them.
Key Responsibilities:- Outdoor Education: Lead and support Forest School sessions, encouraging children to learn through discovery, den building, and sensory play.
- Level 3 Provision: Deliver high-quality Early Years education in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring every child hits their developmental milestones.
- SEND Support: Provide inclusive 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs, utilizing outdoor spaces for sensory regulation.
- Safe Exploration: Maintain child-friendly and safe outdoor play areas, conducting dynamic risk assessments for nature-based activities.
- Learning through Play: Prepare exciting lessons using visual prompts, audio, and natural materials to make the alphabet and numbers come to life.
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, or equivalent).
