We are delighted to be recruiting for a full-time Early Years Teacher to join a fantastic Primary school in Wynyard on a supply teaching basis. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated teacher who can create a nurturing, engaging and stimulating learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. The Role As an Early Years Teacher, you will: * Plan and prepare high-quality, engaging lessons and learning activities in line with the Early Years curriculum. * Deliver creative and purposeful learning experiences that support children's development and individual needs. * Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. * Assess children's progress and use observations and assessment to inform future planning. * Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure children receive excellent support. * Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues. * Contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school. About You We are looking for someone who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. * Has experience working within Early Years. * Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). * Is confident in planning and preparing high-quality lessons. * Is passionate about helping young children learn, develop and achieve. * Has excellent communication and classroom-management skills. * Is creative, enthusiastic and committed to providing an outstanding learning experience. * Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
