A welcoming Croydon primary school is seeking a Nursery Teacher or experienced Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team from 1st June until the end of the academic year. This role would suit a nurturing and enthusiastic early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children at the start of their educational journey.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a stimulating, safe and engaging nursery environment, supporting children's early development through high-quality interactions, purposeful play and structured learning opportunities.
- Holds EYTS, QTS, or a Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Has strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Can create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support early development
- Builds warm, positive relationships with young children and their families
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to the nursery environment
- Works collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team
