The Role
  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and within small group settings
  • Working closely with male students who may require personal care, including toilet support
  • Supporting access to learning and encouraging independence and engagement
  • Delivering support with dignity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Promoting student wellbeing and maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider support team
