Location: Reigate, Surrey

Hours: 9:00am - 3:30pm

Days: Monday to Friday, term-time only (part-time considered/ Full Time preferred)

Contract Type: Long-term supply with the opportunity for a permanent role

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist school in Reigate, supporting pupils aged 3-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional complex needs. This is an ongoing position offering stability, structure, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with autism and complex learning needs
  • Work 1:1 and with small groups to support learning and engagement
  • Assist pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
  • Support the delivery of individual education and care plans
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines where required

About You:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN/ Care Experience (ASD/complex needs desirable)
  • A calm, resilient, and flexible approach to challenging situations
  • Comfortable supporting personal care needs
  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply

Successful applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS certificate. Full support will be provided throughout the process.
