We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth from September on a long-term, full-time basis. This rewarding role involves providing 1:1 support for a pupil with high-needs Down syndrome, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and thrive within the school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to deliver consistent, tailored support throughout the school day.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience supporting children with Down syndrome and/or complex additional needs
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to making a positive difference to a child's educational journey
- Reliability and the ability to commit to a long-term role
