We are looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (North) to lead, support, and develop our northern support operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to influence team performance, improve customer experience, and help shape the future direction of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of field-based representatives, improving regional performance, supporting recruitment and development, and ensuring the Humfree Way is delivered consistently across the customer journey.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional support strategies across the northern region
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of field representatives
- Drive performance improvements and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, customer engagement, and service standards
- Support coaching, mentoring, and field development
- Recruit and onboard new team members where required
- Analyse regional trends, operational performance, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the wider management team to improve processes and overall performance
- Ensure company standards, ethics, and customer experience remain at the highest level
- Support the implementation of new initiatives, operational processes, and performance strategies
- Attend regional meetings, events, and field visits as required
Requirements
- Proven experience within a leadership or management role
- Strong motivational and coaching ability
- Demonstrable success improving team performance and development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and performance mindset
- Strong organisation and problem-solving ability
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify trends
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience within mobility, customer support, direct sales, or home demonstration environments would be highly advantageous but not essential for the right person.
