About the Company

Hume Health is a consumer health technology and services company built to give individuals greater ownership over their metabolic health and longevity, with the goal of measurably improving long-term health outcomes. Hume combines connected health devices, software, and clinical care programs to help users better understand their health, make informed decisions, and track meaningful progress over time. We are a fast-moving technology company with a global outlook and a strong execution culture, building a more personalized and data-driven approach to preventative healthcare.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, versatile operator to work directly with our Head of Strategy on the company's most important and time-sensitive priorities. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on variety and wants a seat close to how the company is run. You'll turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into organized workstreams — owning how we tell the company's story, preparing the materials leadership relies on, supporting financial and investor-facing work, and stepping into business-critical gaps. Ideal for someone from consulting, banking, or a chief-of-staff background who wants to operate at the center of a scaling business.

Responsibilities

  • Own preparation and continuous upkeep of company narrative, reporting packages, and materials used in investor relations and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional information gathering and organization — financial, commercial, legal, and operational — into clear, well-structured, decision-ready materials.
  • Drive ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end on behalf of the Head of Strategy, from scoping through execution.
  • Act as project manager for time-sensitive, multi-stakeholder workstreams, keeping owners, deadlines, and dependencies on track.
  • Partner with Finance on reporting, analysis, and process improvements that strengthen how the company presents its performance.
  • Flex into adjacent areas such as legal operations and people operations as priorities require.
  • Serve as a trusted, discreet right hand to the Head of Strategy on confidential and high-priority matters.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, chief-of-staff, or strategy / operations roles.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize complex, ambiguous information into clear materials for senior and external audiences.
  • Strong financial and commercial literacy; comfortable working alongside Finance on reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional project management — able to run multiple high-stakes workstreams simultaneously without dropping detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; builds polished narratives and executive-ready documents.
  • High degree of discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias to action; thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Health, wellness, or consumer-technology experience helpful but not required.

Role Logistics

  • Reports to the Head of Strategy and works closely with the CEO and broader leadership team.
  • Full-time role.
  • Hybrid role based in London with in person work ~1 day a week.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Hybrid working arrangements with flexibility.
  • A Fora membership based at Chancery House with access to all Fora locations across London.
  • A front-row seat to how a high-growth company is built and scaled.
  • Direct exposure to company strategy, fundraising, investor relations, and executive decision-making.
  • Significant ownership and responsibility from day one.
  • The opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-impact initiatives across the business.
  • A collaborative, ambitious, and entrepreneurial environment.
