What You'll Own

  • Own regional growth performance across revenue, CAC, ROAS/MER, contribution margin, forecasting, and testing velocity.
  • Lead and challenge media buying agencies across performance diagnosis, budget allocation, reporting, and execution quality.
  • Set testing priorities, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics across acquisition channels and funnel initiatives.
  • Translate customer insights into creative strategy, including messaging, hooks, offers, angles, and ad concepts.
  • Identify the biggest constraints to scale across ads, landing pages, PDPs, pricing, checkout, CRM, localization, and operations.
  • Partner with Creative, CRM, Product, CRO, Analytics, and Operations teams to ship the highest-leverage growth tests.
  • Build market-specific playbooks for creative testing, offer strategy, localization, scaling winners, and agency management.
