- Lead and challenge media buying agencies across performance diagnosis, budget allocation, reporting, and execution quality.
- Set testing priorities, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics across acquisition channels and funnel initiatives.
- Translate customer insights into creative strategy, including messaging, hooks, offers, angles, and ad concepts.
- Identify the biggest constraints to scale across ads, landing pages, PDPs, pricing, checkout, CRM, localization, and operations.
