Humdingers is an independent hospitality business operating across London. Our business includes corporate and event catering, cafes, a bakery and production facility, as well as a community soup kitchen initiative. We believe business should have a positive impact. Through our Soup Kitchen, we provide hot meals to over 1,000 people every week, supporting vulnerable members of our local community. The more our business grows, the more people we can help.

As our business continues to develop, we are looking for a Management Accountant / Company Accountant to join our senior team and play a key role in supporting the financial management and growth of the business. Working directly with the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, helping to deliver accurate reporting, financial insight and operational support across our catering, events, cafe and bakery operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accountant who enjoys working closely with operational teams and wants to be part of a growing hospitality business where they can make a genuine impact.

The business is supported by an external Chartered Accountancy firm, which manages statutory accounts, tax compliance and HMRC filings. You will work closely with both the external accountants and internal management team to ensure strong financial controls and accurate reporting across the business.

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, including supplier balances
