Humdinger's Sherburn-in-Elmet site seeks a hands-on Shift Manager to lead production operations across a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will direct a team of Production Team Leaders and ~55 operatives, ensuring safe, efficient output that meets quality standards.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll drive continuous improvement, control costs, and develop people through coaching, training and succession planning on a 24/5 shift pattern (6am–6pm and 6pm–6am).
