We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Heckington. You'll operate automated processing equipment, ensure products meet quality standards, and help deliver production plans safely, efficiently and on time.
Shift
3 on, 4 off covering Monday-Saturday (Blocks of Monday-Wednesday for 4 weeks followed by Thursday-Saturday for 4 weeks) 12-hour shifts, 1800 - 0600Breaks

£16.14 per hourClosing Date
31/07/2026- Operate and monitor automated processing machinery.
- Deliver production plans safely, accurately and efficiently.
- Complete production documentation and system transactions accurately.
- Support product quality through a right-first-time approach.
- Identify and report safety, quality or performance issues.
- Work flexibly across processing areas to support operational needs.
- An understanding of food safety - prior training such as Food Safety Level 2 will be beneficial, however, you will also receive this training via Humdinger
- Formal basic Mechanical appreciation or an interest in machinery
- Good oral and written communication skills are required and paperwork to be completed and signed off where necessary.
- Experience within a factory environment such as Production Operative; Line Leader; Machine Operative; General Operative; Machine Minder; Line Technician
- 20 days annual leave
