Humdinger in Heckington is seeking a motivated Hygiene Supervisor for our Nut Snacking site.

This permanent, full‑time role requires hands‑on oversight of the hygiene team, coordinating cleaning schedules and ensuring food safety standards across production and warehouse areas.

You will train operatives, manage COSHH and allergen controls, prepare for audits, and work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality.
