Overview
You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
Position
- Full-time, Temporary (End date August 2027)
- Hours: 40
- Shift Pattern: 0600 - 1400, 1400 - 2200 Rotating weekly
- Pay range: £12.23/hour (£25,438.40 salary equivalent)
- Breaks: 2 x 30 minutes paid
- Closing date: Friday 6th February 2026
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain staff areas, facilities, equipment, and surfaces (e.g. office areas, bathrooms, bins, canteens & lockers)
- Follow all hygiene, Health & Safety, and chemical handling procedures.
- Keep cleaning records up to date and report issues or incidents.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, use safety signage, and support stock control.
Experience
- Hygiene/cleaning experience, ideally in food manufacturing
- Comfortable working at height
- Hygiene procedures
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of GMP and hygiene chemicals
- Good attention to detail and communication
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Well organised with strong time‑management skills
