The Role

This is a hands-on position in a vibrant bar/restaurant/shop setting.

You’ll need to bring energy, a love for wine, and a dedication to outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
  • A passion for service excellence and a love for wine (WSET qualifications are a plus).
  • Strong hosting and communication skills, with a positive and respectful approach to customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in English with excellent grooming and presentation.
  • Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
