We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working across one of our existing London Bridge or Farringdon restaurants. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and strengthening consistency as we prepare for an exciting new opening in Central London.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up

  • Confidence in leading a kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence

  • A passion for seasonal, high-quality cooking with a creative edge

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach

  • Flexibility and willingness to support operations within one of our City sites
