We are a small wine bar group with 6 restaurants across the city. We are looking for a chef de partie to join our small team of passionate chefs in Fleet Street. Are you a creative and passionate chef who likes the freedom to create menus? Do you want to learn new techniques and skills? Working closely with the wine team we create our own menus and learn how to pair wine with food, whilst using fresh, seasonal, sustainable and organic produce. Working within a small team enables us to learn and pass on skills that will enhance our cooking and creative skill sets. As the company grows we aim to promote from within, with many of our head chefs coming from chefs working within the company.
- We all work in & around 40 hours per week with 2 days off, ideal for someone keen to have a good work/life balance.
- We have weekly wine training sessions where you can develop a better understanding of wines alongside trying many of the different wines we stock.
- We change our menu to reflect the ingredients in season at their peak so we are constantly working with different products and techniques.
- We are passionate about the food we produce using some of the best seasonal and organic products along with a zero waste and nose to the tail mentality.
