THE ROLE
- Shoulder-to-shoulder with our senior team, you'll learn the full picture of what it takes to run a Humble Grape venue from floor leadership to financials, people development to brand standards.
- Lead teams through peak service and make real-time operational decisions.
- Get hands-on with P&L, GP, site performance and commercial reporting.
- Uphold and elevate Humble Grape's service, wine and brand standards.
- Coach and develop your team, building a culture guests feel immediately.
