Humble Grape is a growing, independent wine bar and restaurant group, known for seasonal, sustainable cooking made entirely from scratch. As we continue to open new venues across London, we remain focused on quality, organic produce, zero-waste practices, and thoughtful food designed to pair beautifully with wine. We’re looking for an ambitious, hands‑on Sous Chef to join our kitchens. You’ll work in a small, close‑knit team, with real responsibility, creative input, and clear opportunities to grow as the business expands.
The Role
- Cook and deliver modern, seasonal dishes with a strong sustainability focus
- Contribute to menu development and day‑to‑day kitchen operations
- Work within a small team, requiring flexibility, communication, and teamwork
- Lead by example during service, maintaining consistently high standards
- Train, support, and motivate junior chefs

About You
- Has experience as a Sous Chef, or is a strong CDP ready to step up
