Humble Grape Canary Wharf is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the General Manager in running smooth, high-quality daily operations
- Leading the floor during service and stepping up when it counts
- Championing Humble Grape's standards for wine, food, and guest experience
- Coaching and developing the team, setting the tone for culture and professionalism
- Getting hands-on exposure to P&L, team scheduling, and site performance
- Helping drive commercial results without ever compromising the guest experience
