Our client is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to oversee Formwork projects in the Belfast area with immediate start available. The project includes foundations and reinforced concrete.

Duties:

  • The role requires a hands-on approach whilst supervising daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members to optimise performance.
  • Coordinate with main contractor and client management to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and organisational policies across all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project supervision with emphasis on a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
