This hasled to Humberston Academy achieving an 'Outstanding' Ofsted judgement (2024)for Personal Development.
Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate tobecome part of this integral team at Humberston.
About our Academy
Humberston Academy is an oversubscribed 'outstanding'academy located in an affluent area of North East Lincolnshire. With Ofstedrecognising the outstanding practice in place for Behaviour and Attitudes, Safeguardingand Personal Development, our students are in safe hands with regards to expertsupport. Humberston Academy achieved'World Class Schools' status in December 2019 and re-accredited in 2022.Humberston Academy continues to deliver incredible opportunities to youngpeople with a specific focus on STEM enrichment and favourable links to theapprenticeships industry as well as traditional route towards higher education.
Humberston Academy has also been appointed as theTeaching School Hub for the local region which will allow all colleagues toaccess leading edge career professional development in order to enhance thestandard of teaching as well as the opportunity to deliver CPD to colleagueslocally in our profession.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary £33,119 FTE NJC 19 (£29,091.02pa pro rata)
- Permanent role 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
