Market Weighton Practice is a well-established GP practice serving the residents of Market Weighton and surrounding communities. The practice is dedicated to delivering accessible, patient-focused healthcare, with an emphasis on continuity of care and community engagement. The practice works closely with partner organisations so patients benefit from integrated multidisciplinary healthcare services.

Experience Essential criteria

  • Significant experience working within primary care.
  • Experience of leading service redesign, quality improvement, or transformation programmes.
  • Experience of multidisciplinary team working.
  • Experience of clinical governance, patient safety, and risk management.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with PCNs, ICBs, or wider healthcare partners.

  • Registered General Practitioner with a licence to practise and current GMC registration.

  • Strong programme management and organisational skills.
