Market Weighton Practice is a well-established GP practice serving the residents of Market Weighton and surrounding communities. The practice is dedicated to delivering accessible, patient-focused healthcare, with an emphasis on continuity of care and community engagement. The practice works closely with partner organisations so patients benefit from integrated multidisciplinary healthcare services.
Experience Essential criteria
- Significant experience working within primary care.
- Experience of leading service redesign, quality improvement, or transformation programmes.
- Experience of multidisciplinary team working.
- Experience of clinical governance, patient safety, and risk management.
- Experience of working collaboratively with PCNs, ICBs, or wider healthcare partners.
