Pelham Medical Group is a busy practice in Grimsby serving a large and varied population, classed as an area of higher deprivation. The successful applicant will work within a supportive environment. Clinicians usually meet at least 3 times a week to enable communication, raise concerns and collaborate. Group and individual supervision is provided. Newly qualified GP’s will be provided with a structured induction and probation period which includes extended appointment times, daily debriefs and phased introduction of administrative duties.

The Candidate: We require a salaried GP for 6 sessions per week. We are looking for a committed, supportive and competent clinician who can provide good quality care to our 10,300 patients. We require an individual who is a good team player, is hardworking and motivated.
