We are currently recruiting for a part time (20 Hours) Night Worker to work on our specialised service which focuses on women with complex needs. The goal of the women-only service is to provide service users who are at risk of homelessness with the skills, knowledge and onward accommodation to live fulfilling lives. As a Night Worker, you will work towards this goal by providing a person-centred support programme. You can expect: To provide a programme of intensive housing management to service users referred into the HRS in accordance with housing benefit support exemption requirements To deliver housing management within a service which will support women with complex needs who suffer severe and multiple disadvantages, to immediately prevent or resolve homelessness and enable them to develop sufficient, independent living skills in order to move-on, sustain a tenancy and live fulfilling lives. To engage with service users on a weekly basis to support individuals to maintain and achieve independent living in the community. To provide a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery by acting as an ambassador for Humbercare and point of contact for customers. Engaging with service users to design services that work for them and utilising resources within the local area to make a real, quality difference to peoples\’ lives
