The Humber Youth Action Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Perinatal Mental Health Liaison Team. You will deliver person-centred and family-focused care to women and families across Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, using MOHO as the main assessment framework, supervising students, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives and service development.
