The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will be contributing to the delivery of an intensive MBT programme, working with an established team of clinical psychologists and nursing colleagues, to deliver MBT experiential groups as well as individual therapy. The successful candidate will be offered accredited training and supervision.
In this role you will be working in multi‑disciplinary teams providing consultation to mental health staff; assessment, formulation and intervention for people accessing the service; supervision for staff including assistant psychologists and clinical psychology trainees; staff training and evaluation of the service and contributing to the development of the CMHT.
You will be delivering the MBT provision for approximately 60% of your week and functioning as an active and senior member of both teams. You will be expected to support the Psychology Lead and represent the profession by being actively involved in wider service development issues in the delivery of psychological care across the division.
We are looking for someone with experience in delivering group and individual psychological therapies to adults with complex and severe mental health problems. You will need to have a particular interest in working with complex trauma and clients that present primarily with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder and be committed to delivering evidence‑based interventions for this client group.
