Granville Court is a specialist nursing home for adults who have profound and multiple learning disabilities alongside complex physical health needs that require nursing care to be constantly available. Granville Court also provides respite care toa number ofservice users.

At Granville Court Care is provided by a team of qualified nurses, HCA\’s, careworkersand associated team members, who all work closely with members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide bespoke healthcare and support to ourresidents .As a band 6 nurse you will be a pivotal member of the nursing team and work closely alongside the Operational Lead and Registered Manager., As an enthusiastic and motivated team memberyou will provide clinical guidance andexpertiseto the nurses and health care assistants. You will work closely alongside the Operational Lead, Registered Manager and wider MDT to ensure that evidence based, high quality care isdelivered at all timesand staff have theappropriate skillsand support to be able to achieve this.

You will be an excellent role model to the staff that you supervise and to the widerMDT, andwill nurture junior members of staff in the development ofastrong nursing team.

You will receive support from the Operational Lead and Registered Manager as well as the Learning Disability Senior Leadership team.

Working hours will include shifts which are long days and nights.

The nursing teamrequiresa colleague who is reliable,competentand conscientious with the ability to motivate a staff team. Werequiresomeone who is passionate,self motivated, flexible and candemonstrateahigh levelof communication skills to the residents, families,colleaguesand partner agencies.
