The Maritime Recruiter plays an integral role in supporting the Crewing Manager to ensure that the company’s vessels are adequately manned. They will also bear the responsibility of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle associated with recruiting seafarers for the company’s vessels and providing support to ensure candidates and seafarers hold the required qualifications and certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Crew sourcing experience, qualifications, and technical ability to assess overall suitability.

The job offers a hybrid option although candidates must be able to work from the Scarborough based office when required.
