The Opportunity Our client is looking to appoint a high-calibre Technical Sales Engineer to expand its presence across the UK. This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially driven engineer who can both develop new business and provide technical expertise across a range of industrial and agricultural applications. You’ll play a key role in growing market share, developing new industry and agricultural uses, and building long-term client relationships. The Role * Drive business growth in the UK, focusing on the company’s brand for the agricultural sector and IB solutions for the industrial and agriculture market. * Support and grow our sales for sprayer manufacturers, positioning the company as the premium choice for their systems. * Manage and expand an existing customer base * Conduct site visits, surveys, technical consultations and participate at trade fairs, and industry events * Provide solution-based sales support to customers * Supporting the back office with technical inquiries * Manage office and administrative activities related to sales operations * Work closely with internal teams on specifications, quotes, and proposals * Support the spare parts and aftermarket side of the business * Ensure deadlines, KPIs, and customer expectations are consistently met * Travel across the UK, with occasional visits to Ireland * Available for occasionally international flight especially in German and Italy About You We are looking for someone who combines technical credibility with strong commercial ability. Essential: * Engineering background (mechanical / process / fluid handling preferred) * Proven experience in B2B technical or engineering sales * Ability to win new business as well as manage accounts * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to travel regularly Highly Desirable: Experience with low/high-pressure diaphragm & plunger pumps, precision spraying technologies, pressure regulation & control valves, Knowledge of sectors such as agriculture, chemical, sewer jetting, water treatment, firefighting, misting, municipal or pressure washers Experience selling both capital equipment and spare parts / aftermarket Package £50,000 – £62,000 base salary (depending on experience) Performance-related bonus Company car Pension Product training and ongoing support Why Join * Opportunity to grow a respected European pump brand in the UK * High level of autonomy in a field-based role * Mix of technical and commercial responsibility * Genuine opportunity to shape and expand the client base
