As Chief Medical Officer, you will join the unitary Board as a voting member and play a defining role within a newly forming Executive team. Working alongside the Chief Executive and clinical leaders, you will help shape the Trust’s future: setting strategic direction, developing ambitious clinical and medical workforce strategies, and ensuring the professional voice of our medical and dental workforce is heard from ward to Board.
