Candidate Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified, or equivalent.
  • A well-rounded general practice leader with strong expertise across accounts, tax, and advisory services.
  • A credible and accomplished relationship builder with a track record of developing enduring client partnerships.
  • An inclusive, visible, and respected leader who sets high standards, builds capability, and leads by example.
  • Commercially astute, with sound judgement and a balanced approach to client service, people leadership, and firm performance.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key professional introducers, including solicitors, banks, and land agents, to generate high-quality opportunities across the firm’s service lines.
