Role Overview
Monday-Friday, no shifts, no weekends or bank holiday working.
Full training, peer support and supportive management.
The post holder will often be required to work using their own initiative and unsupervised within defined policies and procedures and is expected to respond to day to day issues that arise and seek management support as required; organising and prioritising own workload to set deadlines.

This is a varied role, working in a busy team, which requires someone with exceptional administration skills who can multi‑task effectively to provide comprehensive and efficient support to colleagues, service providers and with the Local Authority, Working under the instruction of the line manager to develop an understanding of the service area and job role, the post holder will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support for the CHC which will involve:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the organisation, receiving, responding to and effectively sign‑posting incoming calls within the organisation;
- Accurate recording in clinical and administrative electronic records used within the CHC Team;
- Consistently delivering a customer focused service; endeavouring to meet the needs of those accessing the CHC team in a timely manner, achieving stated deadlines;
- Providing secretarial and administrative services to the specific CHC teams as tasked, which will include support for members of the public accessing the CHC team, other professionals and service users; Develop a broad understanding of CHC process and programmes of work;
- Responsible for organising meetings as required
