About the Role: The B2B Senior Business Development Manager – EV Solutions will own business development across HUMAX’s defined B2B territories, focusing on segments such as:

  • Automotive OEMs and dealer groups
  • Fleet and corporate fleets
  • Leasing, rental and salary-sacrifice providers

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this role is responsible for building a high-quality pipeline, securing strategic partnerships and converting opportunities into long-term programmes using HUMAX’s EV charger portfolio (e.g. MX7 home/reimbursement, MX22 depot/workplace). The ideal candidate combines strong B2B hunting skills with the ability to work closely with technical, product and software integration teams – acting as a central interface between customers, partners and HUMAX’s internal organisation.
