We are looking for an experienced Consulting Project Manager to join our London office with the ambition to lead our projects and help us grow the firm. Humatica is an award-winning, specialist management consultancy focused on increasing organisational effectiveness. We help Private Equity funds and their portfolio company leaders to build strong organisations that deliver value growth. Our purpose is to help senior executive clients establish fit‑for‑purpose organisational structures, processes, and behaviours.

We work closely with our clients to implement pragmatic solutions that improve management effectiveness at all levels, make teams more productive, drive accountability and ensure entrepreneurial leadership. Your role:

  • Consulting and project management at the highest level in public and private companies – working at the CXO / Board level
  • Leadership of diverse international teams to solve complex organisational and productivity problems
  • Preparation and presentation of analysis results and conclusions as well as facilitating workshops
  • Planning, executing and delivering high quality project work
  • Contributing to Humatica’s growth and intellectual capital development

Your profile:

  • Proven track‑record of project ownership and delivery at an established consultancy
  • Business‑fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Italian, German. Additional desirable languages are Dutch, Swedish, Spanish.
  • Ability to quickly “see through” extensive, unstructured data and draw key conclusions
  • Comfortable working independently on client site and managing client relationships
  • Requisite gravitas to discuss high‑level strategy or sensitive organisational issues with C‑Suite leadership
  • Experience in managing and developing junior staff; genuine team player
  • Project experience in a number of sectors, ideally with Private Equity experience
  • A keen interest in the organisational aspects of value creation
  • Willing and able to travel to international clients (mainly in Europe), sometimes at short notice
