Your role:

  • Contributing analytical expertise to high‑impact projects in international companies
  • Working with clients and senior management to gather, compile, and analyse information
  • Clearly communicating analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients
  • Contributing to the enhancement of Humatica’s service portfolio and intellectual capital
  • Planning and leading project workstreams
  • Developing, guiding, and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help realise their full potential

Your profile:

  • 2‑4 years’ experience at an established management or strategy consultancy in a similar role
  • Fluency in English is essential, as well as fluency in any of the following languages: Italian, French, German
  • Project experience in a number of sectors
  • Exceptional analytical and structured thinker with a rigorous, creative, and pragmatic approach
  • Mature, confident self‑starter with a passionate, entrepreneurial drive and an ability to flourish in challenging environments, with a steep learning curve
  • Genuine business interest with a demonstrable level of business acumen
  • Motivated to support our team with a desire to help develop less experienced team‑mates
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
  • Degree from a high‑performing university
  • High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Ability to travel, often at short notice, to clients in the EU and further afield
