Your role:
- Contributing analytical expertise to high‑impact projects in international companies
- Working with clients and senior management to gather, compile, and analyse information
- Clearly communicating analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients
- Contributing to the enhancement of Humatica’s service portfolio and intellectual capital
- Planning and leading project workstreams
- Developing, guiding, and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help realise their full potential
Your profile:
- 2-4 years’ experience at an established management or strategy consultancy in a similar role
- Fluency in English is essential, as well as fluency in any of the following languages: Italian, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish (fluency in German is essential for the Munich office)
- Project experience in a number of sectors
- Exceptional analytical and structured thinker with a rigorous, creative, and pragmatic approach
- Mature, confident self‑starter with a passionate, entrepreneurial drive and an ability to flourish in challenging environments
- Genuine business interest with a demonstrable level of business acumen
- Motivated to support our team with a desire to help develop less experienced team‑mates
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills
- Degree from a high‑performing university
- High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus
- Ability to travel, often at short notice, to clients in the EU and further afield
