What You’ll Do

✅ 360 Recruitment – Own the full cycle: business development (winning new clients) + delivery (sourcing & placing top talent).

✅ Business Development – Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with international clients.

✅ High-Performance Culture – We share performance metrics openly—no fluff, just results.

✅ Prospecting & Pipeline Building – You’ll need to build your own client base at first, but we give you the best tools to do it efficiently.

✅ Fully Remote & Flexible – Work from anywhere: London, Dubai, Bali, Lisbon—your call.

Compensation & Perks

💰 Clear Earnings Structure (OTE based on annual billings):

• £130K billings => £50K total package
• £170K billings => £60K total package
• £210K billings => £72K total package
• £260K billings => £95K total package
• £300K+ billings => £120K+ total package

🔥 After £260K, your earnings scale rapidly. The better you perform, the more you earn—no cap.
