We are looking for a UK Brand & Community Manager to bring Humantra's brand to life across the UK, ensuring we show up consistently, culturally, and with impact. You'll own brand guardianship in the UK market, executing global campaigns with local resonance, building high-impact community activations, and finding the moments that truly matter to our audience. Where You'll Spend Your Time
- UK Brand Leadership & Guardianship (35%) β Ensure Humantra's brand is expressed consistently and powerfully across all UK channels; serve as the go-to brand voice in the UK, aligning with global creative while tailoring to local context; lead delivery of all UK brand assets, ensuring high quality and cohesion.
- Global Campaign Execution - UK Market (25%) β Own the UK rollout of global brand campaigns across retail, social, digital, and experiential; collaborate with the global brand team to localise creative and messaging for relevance and impact; track UK campaign performance and feed back learnings to inform future brand work.
- UK Brand Moments & Initiatives (20%) β Plan and execute UK-first brand activations that build awareness, connection, and loyalty; identify relevant partnerships, events, and influencers to elevate the brand in market; work with Commercial and Growth teams to integrate brand initiatives across retail and sales channels.
- Community Building & Cultural Relevance (20%) β Lead the development of Humantra's UK community presence through events, partnerships, and cultural touchpoints; keep the brand close to the customer by showing up where they are and in ways that feel authentic; surface cultural trends, insights, and opportunities to shape our evolving UK brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
