Joining Humantra’s Talent & Culture team, this role will be instrumental in building the UK team during a critical phase of international growth. Reporting into the Head of Talent & Culture you'll shape and deliver hiring plans for UK & UAE and work closely with leadership to build someone truly exceptional. You will be responsible for attracting exceptional talent, elevating the candidate experience, and strengthening Humantra’s employer brand through meaningful, culture-led initiatives. This role blends both Talent and People, giving you the opportunity to influence how Humantra scales while embedding best-in-class practices.
You could expect to:
- Hiring Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end recruitment across UK & UAE
- Conduct talent screenings and manage structured interview processes
- Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at pace
- Translate hiring strategy into actionable recruitment plans
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines
- Apply creative and AI-enabled sourcing strategies
- Challenge and evolve hiring approaches, bringing new ideas that elevate how Humantra attracts and engages talent
- Select agency partners and maintain valuable relationships
- Ensure commercially effective and high-quality delivery
- Contribute to employer brand strategy and execution
- Amplify Humantra’s brand through candidate engagement
- Own UK social initiatives, in partnership with the UAE, that drive connection and storytelling
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring performance
- Support the build and optimisation of scalable TA processes and systems

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who’s built their foundation in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced or high-growth environment, and is excited to broaden their scope into the wider People space. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, partnering closely with teams across the business. We also need:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
- Commercial awareness of spend and ROI
- Experience using AI tools and modern sourcing techniques
- Exposure to employer branding or culture initiatives
- Experience building or scaling a TA function
