About Us
Founded in Dubai only 4 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally. Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance. We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles - whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
You will own Humantra's stock planning - the engine that makes sure the right products are in the right place in the right quantities at the right time. Working closely with the Demand Planning Manager and Procurement Manager, you'll translate demand forecasts into stock plans and purchase orders, coordinate production and organise shipments to our international warehouses. This is a hands-on role from day one - and that’s a big part of the opportunity. You’ll be building stock plans, raising and chasing POs, and helping shape how the function operates before all the systems and processes are in place. You’ll have real influence over how Humantra plans and moves stock as we scale, with a level of ownership that’s hard to find in a business where the playbook has already been written. We’re looking for someone who’s excited by that stage of the journey: someone who wants to get close to the detail, build strong foundations, and use them to create something bigger - rather than step into an already polished operation. This role is critical in building a world-class, scalable supply chain function to support Humantra's growth, and will report into the Supply Chain Lead.
What you'll own
- Stock Planning & Demand Alignment: Translate demand forecasts into stock, replenishment and allocation plans across SKUs, channels and warehouses. Partner with commercial teams to refine forecasts around promotions, launches and retail plans, tracking accuracy and bias to improve future planning. Set and maintain optimal stock levels, safety stock and reorder points, balancing availability with working-capital efficiency. Monitor stock cover and lead times, proactively mitigating stockouts, excess inventory and other supply risks. Build inventory and allocation plans to support new product launches and market expansion.
- Purchasing & Production Planning: Own purchase orders from creation through delivery, ensuring quantities and timing align with stock and replenishment plans. Coordinate production schedules with manufacturers to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.
- Shipment & Warehouse Coordination: Manage inbound freight and customs clearance into Humantra’s warehouses, resolving issues as they arise. Allocate and rebalance stock across international warehouses based on demand by market and channel, partnering with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager on inbound visibility and inventory accuracy.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Own inventory KPIs and reporting across availability, stockouts, stock cover, forecast accuracy and aged/excess inventory. Proactively manage slow-moving, aged and excess stock, while improving the processes, systems and tooling needed to scale inventory planning and purchasing.
Skills & behaviours
- Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in stock planning & supply chain
- Must have: Experience in consumer goods and high growth / fast paced environments
- Ideal but not essential: wellness/supplements experience
- Experience working in an omnichannel business (DTC and retail)
- Analytical and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced scaleup environment
