The Opportunity

Humantra is seeking an experienced Social Media Lead! While the Social Content Manager maintains the core operational engine and publishing cadence, this senior role is strictly focused on the strategic planning and growth of the function. The goal is to build a best-in-class social ecosystem and mentor our internal talent to drive this long-term.

What You'll Own

  • Core Strategic Objectives
    • Strategic Architecture: Alongside the Social Content Manager, build and own the overarching mission, 2026 social strategy, tone of voice, visual identity.
    • Audience Expansion: Execute the strategy for new audience acquisition, implement an A/B testing framework (hooks, formats etc.) to significantly improve watch time and retention.
    • Advanced Insights: Establish advanced social listening (SOV) and sentiment reporting that directly influences social strategy to best achieve Humantra's business goals.
    • Creative Excellence & Production Standards: Define and uphold best-in-class creative and production standards across all social channels, including campaign shoots, ensuring a premium, distinctive, and consistent visual identity. Set clear guidelines on quality, pacing, and output to elevate overall brand perception.
  • Mentorship & Upskilling
    • Strategic Transfer: Guide the Manager through the creation of the Social Playbook to ensure they own the visual identity and establish forward planning within the team.
    • Reporting Mastery: Mentor the Manager in framing updates using the objective – action – impact model for senior stakeholders.
    • Leadership Handover: Gradually transition ownership of major campaigns to the Manager and ensure they are set up for success.

Skills & Behaviours

  • A track record of scaling social platforms (IG/TikTok) within high-growth brands (ideally in-house).
  • Expert-level knowledge of social listening tools and SOV reporting.
  • Ability to teach strategic thinking and embed new ways of working to ensure the continued success of the department.
  • Experience organising professional campaign shoots, managing budgets, and assessing trade-offs to ensure deadlines are met with the desired aesthetic.
  • Experience within a founder-led brand, with a strong ability to capture impactful storytelling that aligns with Humantra's business goals.
