This role will lead Humantra’s operational, cross-functional, and transformational initiatives, acting as the key bridge between all teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and support the company’s rapid global growth. You will be responsible for building the project management frameworks and systems with the business to significantly improve efficiency and ways of working as we scale. You will support keeping the business true to its priorities and ensuring it reaches its short and long term goals. This role is key to building a world class, scalable programme management function to support Humantra’s continued growth and will report into the COO.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop Humantra’s programme management capability, with the potential to build a team as the business grows.
  • Manage and coordinate temporary or project-based resources to support big initiatives such as NPD/EPD, rebrands, ERP implementation, systems upgrades, operational expansion.
  • Ensure project teams are high performing by providing coaching, structure, and clear accountability.

Cross-Functional Project Delivery

  • Lead the successful delivery of operational, cross-functional, and strategic transformation projects across the business.
  • Act as the key link between commercial teams (Growth, Marketing, Sales) and operational teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Operations).
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and functions.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, proactively tracking actions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Balance multiple projects across the business and ensure effective prioritisation of initiatives.

Product Launch & Innovation

  • Lead the operational delivery of new product launches (NPD), product extensions, and innovation projects.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations teams from initial scoping through to successful launch.
  • Ensure operational readiness for launches across production, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment.
  • Continuously improve Humantra’s product launch and stage-gate processes to increase speed, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

Transformational & Operational Improvement

  • Lead the implementation of key operational transformation projects, including systems, processes, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives following major launches or projects.
  • Build and manage clear project timelines, ensuring milestones are delivered on schedule.
  • Track project performance and provide clear reporting to the leadership team.
  • Manage budgets for projects and ensure delivery within agreed cost parameters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem solving and escalation where needed.
  • Translate operational complexity into clear insights to support leadership decision-making and prioritisation.

Strategic Support

  • Support the COO and wider leadership team in delivering key strategic initiatives.
  • Help ensure alignment between Humantra’s commercial ambitions and operational capabilities.
  • Contribute to building scalable processes and structures to support Humantra’s continued international growth.
  • Track and report on areas of the P&L where required to ensure we hit our budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years programme or project management experience within fast-growing SMEs / entrepreneurial businesses.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects and new product launches.
  • Experience implementing operational or systems transformation projects (ERP, supply chain systems, operational processes).
  • Experience building project management frameworks, processes, and ways of working from scratch in a scaling business.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across both commercial and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced scaleup environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects forward.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align teams around shared goals.
  • Collaborative mindset — someone who enjoys working closely with teams across the business.
