Founded in Dubai only 4 short years ago, Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance. We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles - whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
As we scale internationally, building a seamless, high-quality, tech-enabled people experience is critical to our success. Reporting into the Head of Talent & Culture, the People Partner is a hands‑on, high‑impact role sitting at the intersection of People Operations, Employee Relations, Talent, and Culture. It's a true 360 role spanning everything a modern people function has to offer, built for someone who is operationally excellent, confident in applying UK & UAE employment law in a scale‑up, and thrives in hyper‑growth.
This is not your typical People role. Our team is lean and we optimise wherever we can. Early on, your success will show up in how you future‑proof the department, sharpening our tech stack, introducing new integrations, and becoming our systems expert to move the needle on speed and accuracy while keeping the human side of the work brilliant. A continuous‑improvement mindset is essential. Truly, no two days will be the same. We have big ambitions, so if you want to fast‑track your experience and grow across every area of a modern People function, this is the role for you.
Leading with intention, value‑adding, and building better humans are the fundamentals we're building this team on. The role calls for ownership, sound judgement, and the discretion to handle sensitive people matters well.
