About Us
Founded in Dubai only 4 short years ago, and we're already growing internationally. Humantra is a global wellness brand on a mission to help people achieve optimal hydration and unlock their best daily performance. We believe hydration is the most overlooked foundation of health, energy, and mental clarity. Our electrolyte solutions are designed to support modern lifestyles — whether that's training, travelling, working, or simply getting through a busy day.
The Opportunity
As we scale internationally, building a fast, reliable, and cost-efficient supply chain is critical to our success. Reporting into the Head of Customer Operations, the Supply & Logistics Manager owns Humantra’s warehouse and logistics function end-to-end working closely with Procurement, Stock Planning, and Demand Planning to manage our 3PL and carrier partners and drive performance across cost, service, and quality. From the moment stock lands at our 3PL partners’ warehouses, it’s yours: goods-in, putaway, inventory accuracy, picking, dispatch, and returns. We don’t run our own warehouses yet, so you’ll live and die by the strength of your partner relationships holding our global 3PLs and carriers to a standard that keeps pace with the business.
This is not your typical logistics role. Early on it’s deliberately hands-on and you’ll be deep in the day-to-day, from order placement and paperwork to managing warehouse and carrier partners, building the operational foundations that don’t yet exist. As the function grows, you’ll design the scalable processes, systems, and team to support rapid growth and expansion into new markets, evolving the role from hands-on to strategic over time. Truly, no two days will be the same. If you want to build a supply chain from the ground up and grow right alongside it, this is the role for you.
What you'll own
- 3PL & Carrier Relationship Management
- Own relationships with fulfilment 3PLs and carriers across all markets, managing performance end-to-end
- Negotiate rates, SLAs, and commercial terms that drive cost efficiency and service quality
- Run regular business reviews, holding partners accountable to KPIs and pushing continuous improvement
- Identify and onboard new 3PL and carrier partners to support market entry or de-risk service
- Warehouse & Fulfilment Performance
- Own goods-in and putaway across all outsourced warehouses, ensuring capacity to receive inbound shipments coordinated by Stock Planning
- Own stock accuracy, picking accuracy, and stock-build accuracy, partnering with 3PLs to close gaps
- Monitor and improve OTIF performance across both D2C and B2B channels
- Partner with Customer Service to resolve delivery and fulfilment complaints, closing the loop with 3PL partners
- Own dispatch performance - orders leaving the warehouse on time and in full
- Scalable Processes & New Market Enablement
- Own order placement and fulfilment paperwork in the short term, evolving it into a scalable, largely self-running process as the function grows
- Design and build long-term warehouse and logistics processes that support rapid growth
- Create playbooks and SOPs that make standing up fulfilment in new markets straightforward
- Lead 3PL and carrier onboarding for new market launches, from selection through go-live
- Build the team and processes needed as order volume and market count grow
- Returns, Peak Readiness & Continuous Improvement
- Own returns and reverse logistics across all 3PLs, working with Customer Experience to spot return trends, run root-cause analysis, and reduce future returns
- Lead peak-season readiness across all markets, reviewing regularly with hauliers, suppliers, and 3PLs so service never slips during high-volume periods
- Continuously find opportunities to improve through automation and technology, keeping us ahead of industry advances
- Cost, Compliance & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day adherence to the warehouse & logistics budget, making decisions with clear awareness of financial impact (budget ownership sits with the Head of Customer Operations)
- Track and improve cost per order and freight efficiency, finding ways to reduce cost and protect gross margin
Success Metrics
- OTIF and dispatch targets consistently hit across D2C and B2B
- High stock, picking, and stock-build accuracy across all 3PL partners
- Cost per order and freight costs trending down, with gross margin protected
- Healthy inventory - days of stock on target, aged/obsolete stock minimised
- New-market fulfilment stood up smoothly and on time
- Peak seasons delivered with no material impact to service
Skills & behaviours
Required
- 5+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL/carrier management
- Experience managing outsourced 3PL/carrier relationships within a consumer goods environment
- Experience within a D2C / subscription e-commerce business - the operational cadence and challenges differ from traditional retail or B2B alone
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
- Commercially minded, with a sharp sense of cost and gross-margin impact in day-to-day decisions
- Comfortable in the day-to-day detail today while building toward process and strategy ownership tomorrow
- Analytical and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ownership mindset - happy to be the first warehouse & logistics hire and build the function from the ground up
- Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Nice to Have
- Wellness / supplements sector experience
- Experience launching fulfilment operations in new international markets
- Experience working in an omnichannel business (D2C and B2B/retail)
