We are looking for an Integrated Senior Designer to join Humantra in a hands-on, highly collaborative role, reporting into the Global Design Lead. This is a craft-led position for a versatile designer who moves seamlessly across digital and print.
You will play a key role in bringing ideas to life across campaigns, content, and core brand assets. You think conceptually, execute with precision, and care deeply about the details. You will help ensure everything we put into the world feels considered, consistent, and beautifully made.
Where You Will Spend Your Time
- Digital Design (30%)
- Design for digital-first channels including web, email, paid, and social
- Adapt creative across platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Work fluently in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver polished outputs
- Print Design and Craft Excellence (30%)
- Deliver high-quality print design across layout, typography, and artwork
- Prepare technically sound, production-ready files for print suppliers
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and elevate the brand through every touchpoint
- Campaign Rollout Support (20%)
- Support cross-channel campaign execution in collaboration with Brand and Marketing
- Create and adapt campaign assets across digital, print, and social
- Ensure creative cohesion across all campaign materials
- Collaboration and Project Management (20%)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand creative goals and timelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer in an integrated, hands-on role
- Strong background in both digital and print design with confidence in layout, typography, and production
- Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects or similar)
- Comfortable creating basic motion design assets for digital use
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for craft and consistency
- Organised, adaptable, and confident juggling multiple projects
