Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our creator network – from micro to VIP – with talent who align with Humantra’s values, audience, and creative direction.
  • Support campaign execution: outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracting, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Support our product seeding and gifting strategy – from planning and sourcing to personalized send-outs and performance tracking.
  • Scale affiliate and paid partnerships, ensuring each activation delivers creatively and commercially.
  • Strategise and activate always‑on creator moments alongside tactical campaign spikes throughout the year.
  • Track and analyse performance across influencer and affiliate platforms, optimising campaigns with a data‑informed mindset.
  • Report on key metrics – reach, engagement, conversion, and use insights to shape what comes next.
  • Protect and elevate our brand by ensuring all creator content reflects Humantra’s tone, values, and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including performance, brand, and e‑commerce to ensure alignment and amplification.

Requirements

Must‑Haves

  • Strong relationship management skills – with creators, agents, and internal teams alike.
  • 6+ months experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the wider creator economy.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute creator campaigns across seeding, paid, and affiliate.
  • Genuine interest in the health, wellness, beauty, or fashion space – and the cultural conversations around them.
  • Clear understanding of how creators contribute to brand equity, storytelling, and content creation.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and platform metrics to draw insights and inform decisions.
  • Clear communicator – written, visual, and verbal.
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify Collabs, or any social/influencer tools.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
